China Medical University Hospital(CMUH)은 1980년에 설립된 교육병원으로 첨단 의료시설과 유수의 의료진을 보유하고 있어 대만 내에서 인지도가 높습니다. 특히 심장과, 신경외과, 정형외과와 암 치료, 최소침습술, 재건성형술, 기관 이식 등의 희귀하고 까다로운 질환 치료로 유명합니다.

총 2,100 병상이 있고 700여명의 의사와 1,000여명의 간호사가 근무하고 있습니다. 대다수의 의사가 Top 5 의과대학 중 하나인 China Medical University(CMU)의 교수진입니다. 2010년에는 JCI(Joint Commission International) 인증을 받았습니다. New Taichung Medical City를 포함한 CMUH그룹병원이 완성되면 동양 및 서양 의료 서비스를 모두 제공하는 일류 의료 기관으로 도약할 것입니다.

CMUH는 2014년부터 INFINITT PACS와 INFINITT Mobile Viewer를 사용하고 있습니다. 2015년 7월에는 INFINITT Consolidated Worklist와 INFINITT Distributed Server을 도입해 본원 및 분원 내 영상에 더욱 쉽게 접근하고 효율적으로 조회하고 있는데요.

A: [션 우충 박사] 우선 on-site엔지니어를 통해 요청사항에 신속하게 대응해줘서 매우 만족스럽습니다. INFINITT PACS의 경우 UI가 사용하기 쉽게 디자인되어 있습니다. 타사 PACS보다 직관적인데다 성능이 뛰어납니다. 그리고 iPad를 포함한 태블릿 기기에서 모바일 뷰어로 영상을 조회할 수 있어 편리합니다.

A: [린 웨이칭 박사] INFINITT PACS를 벌써 3년째 사용하고 있는데요. 우선 의사별로 개인 화면과 단축키를 설정할 수 있어 매우 편리합니다. 가장 유용하게 사용하는 기능은 Crosslink 기능인데요. 동일한 부위를 촬영한 이전 및 현재 영상을 한 화면에 분할해서 자동으로 표시하는 기능입니다. 암 환자의 치료 전후 영상뿐만 아니라 다른 환자의 영상과 비교해 병변의 차이를 쉽게 찾아낼 수 있어 매우 유용합니다. 그리고 Annotation기능(영상 화면에 코멘트나 화살표 등을 표시하는 기능)과 As Show 기능(이미지를 따로 저장하여 업로드 하는 기능)이 있는데요. 영상의학의는 주석을 쉽게 표시할 수 있고 임상의는 중요한 부분을 쉽게 발견할 수 있습니다. 덕분에 영상의학과와 임상의 간 커뮤니케이션이 수월해졌고, 또 업무 시간이 절약되었습니다. 이 밖에 3D영상, Histogram, Time-intensity curve 기능도 업무를 효율적으로 하는데 도움이 됩니다.

 

Q: 지난 7월, INFINITT Consolidated Worklist와 INFINITT Distributed Server를 도입해 INFINITT PACS를 업그레이드 했는데, 어떤 점이 달라졌나요?

A: [션 우충 박사] 예전에는 분원의 영상을 불러올 때 해당 병원의 뷰어에 직접 접속했는데요. 지금은 환자를 검색해서 분원에 있는 환자 영상을 바로 불러올 수 있습니다. 통합된 뷰어에서 여러 분원의 영상을 동시에 판독 할 수 있어서 편리하고, 또 우리 병원의 의료영상 네트워크 통합을 완벽하게 이루어낸 것 같아 기쁩니다. 우리 병원의 비전인 ‘국제 일류 한의학, 양의학의 중심’ 과 ‘글로벌 첨단 기술 의료기관’에 더 가까워진 것 같습니다.

A: [천 융팡 박사] 모든 분원의 영상을 통합할 수 있게 되었는데요. 분원의 IP 주소로 된 뷰어를 따로 열지 않고 동일한 뷰어에서 환자를 검색해 영상을 볼 수 있습니다. 또 Crosslink 비교도 가능하고요.

A: [린 웨이칭 박사] CMUH에는 본원 외에 9개의 분원이 있는데요. 분원에서 본원으로 환자가 이송되는 경우가 많습니다. 외부 병원에서 이송되는 경우도 종종 있고요. 이전에는 분원의 영상을 볼 수 있는 기능이 없어 환자 영상을 찾고 영상을 비교하는데 시간이 많이 걸렸습니다. 심지어는 분원에서 검사를 했는지 조차 알기 어려웠죠. 지금은 환자 검색 기능을 사용해 분원에 있는 환자 영상을 바로 볼 수 있어 매우 편리합니다.

③ Records on customer complaints or dispute handlings: 3 years (Consumer Protection in E-commerce)

④ To prevent user activities based on impure motives and to secure evidential materials in case of disputes: 3 months temporary retention (from the day of consent withdrawal)

⑤ Evidential records for a violation of internal policies (i.e. Illegal usage history): 1 year

 

Disposal

By rule, INFINITT will dispose of your personal information once the purpose of collection and usage as well as the legal and business needs have been fulfilled. Paper documents containing personal information will be completely shredded. Electronic documents containing personal information will be destroyed to a point where it is impossible to technically restore the file.

ISO 27701:2019 is an international management system standard for managing personal information.

In efforts to comply with GDPR and to effectively manage and protect personal information, INFINITT received the certification for ISO 27701:2019 in 2018 and has been qualified ever since.
